Please log on to http://portal.immigration.gov.ng for Online application & payment.


Administration Fee – AU$100.00 (Money Order) made out to Nigeria High Commission. This payment is separate from the STR Visa fee and is non-refundable
Original passport, signed and with at least six months remaining validity
Three visa application forms filled completely
Visa Payment Slip (obtained after the online application (portal.immigration.gov.ng) is complete) x3.
Three recent photograph (no laser copies), passport size
Bank account statement for the last 6 months x3
Proof of travel: photocopy of round trip air ticket or travel itinerary
A letter of invitation from a host (with full address) accepting ‘immigration responsibility’ x3
Copy of Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation) of the Company you are visiting. x3
Letter of employment x 3
Letter of acceptance x 3
Three (3) certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR (Ministry of Internal Affairs).
Certified copies of all credentials and certificates x 3
CV x 3
Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Yellow Health Card)
Prepaid return envelop to hold A4 paperwork
