| Letter from the counterpart in Nigeria showing the collaboration between themselves and the Australian counterpart, to be signed by the Senior Manager in charge of Regulatory Unit and attached Data Page of Nigerian passport |
| Certificate of Incorporation from the Nigerian company - to be certified by appropriate Nigerian authorities |
| Product documentation duly certified by local authorities in the host country |
| Money Order for AU$500 made out to Nigeria High Commission |
| Money Order for AU$100 made out to Nigeria High Commission |
| Prepaid (trackable) self-addressed return envelop to fit your documents. |
