The Acting High Commissioner, Mrs. Mercy Clement, spearheaded the organization of the Nigeria-Australia Business Investment Forum on April 22, 2024, at the International Investment Centre in Melbourne. Collaborating with the Australia Africa Chamber of Commerce (AACC) and the Africa Investment Platform (AIP), the Nigeria High Commission brought together government officials, industry leaders, and investors focusing on key sectors such as Mining, Education, FinTech, Energy, and Agriculture. In her address, Mrs. Clement emphasized that the Government of the Republic of Nigeria is committed and eager to engage in business opportunities with its Australian counterparts.
